NIAGARA FALLS -- Who says fundraising for a good cause means walking 10 kilometres?
The group Stand up for Kids with Autism is hosting its first annual co-ed baseball tournament on Aug. 14, to raise money for families dealing with autism.
In addition to the baseball there will be many activities for the family including food trucks, live entertainment from bands, Ivana the Butterfly Medium, and Splash 'N Boots.
Registration for the three-game guarantee in the baseball tournament is on Aug. 7, and the entry fee is $300 per team.
The day begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 11 p.m. so come out and support this worthwhile cause.
