This will be the first annual bowling event held by the DRCLC. All money raised on this day will be put towards purchasing a dog for a child with autism.
The event will be held at NEB’s Fun World from 2-3:30 p.m., and the cost is $15, for as many games as you can play and shoe rental.
The DRCLC is a four-year-old club serving all of Durham Region. They are governed by Lions Clubs International, a worldwide organization that does much charity work around the world specializing in work with the blind, and those with special needs.
Lions Clubs International has more than 1.5 million members, and 46,000 clubs in 200 countries around the world.

The DRCLC asks participants to arrive at 1:30 p.m. to register and collect shoes.
